Extending Kodak R4 with text alerts

We have recently extended our support for Kodak R4 dental practice management software to add a response mechanism to allow customers to send a confirmation or cancellation back for an automatically received SMS appointment reminder.
Reson8 has helped a leading dental practice in the UAE to completely automate its appointment reminders and customer response mechanism. The R4 can automatically send out reminders. Once the customer receives the reminder, he can send a reply back immediately to confirm or cancel the appointment.
This provides a powerful facility for time sensitive data and help both the patient as well the clinic to better plan their appointments and doctors daily time plan. Text messages reduces “no-shows” by upto 50% and in much more effective & cheaper than sending snail mail or phone calls.
