UCS successfully deploys Van Sales for Del Monte Foods

Del Monte Foods FZE selected SalesWorx from Unique Computer Systems to address their requirements for a more informed and efficient van sales and delivery team.

Unique Computer Systems, using SalesWorx, its leading mobile field sales and order management solution, provided a comprehensive solution for Del Monte Foods to help them better forecast and plan their product as well better manage their van inventory and sell and delivery goods to their customer.

The Van sales solutions was enhanced with the functionality to take returns and print in credit notes and goods returns vouchers in the field.

In an offshot of the project, a handheld fresh sales solution was also delivered which allowed Del Monte's direct sales to sell volume goods to customers using handheld computers over a real-time connection. The Direct Sales team would receive up-to-date inventory information and wireless process and print orders and invoices for customers.
