UCS developed two separate apps to allow Wadi Adventure to enhance its customer engagement and simplify the registration process and collect feedback from its customers.
The apps, both using iPads were used for collecting data from customers and updating them to internal systems to help maintain a profile for the customer for repeated visits and receiving feedback from customers on their experience at Wadi Adventure
